SALES
The advertising of products on this site is an œinvitation to treat.  This means that your order is an offer and not a contract of sale between you and Knickers In A Box.  All items are offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the order.  Therefore, prices and stock availability will not be contractually confirmed until you receive the œconfirmation of order email dispatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked. Where items are out of stock at the time of the order, we will email you for your instruction as to whether you would like us to hold the item on back order for you or not. Where items are held on back order for you, payment will only be taken at the point of dispatch.  The card you use to pay for your order will be debited immediately.

RETURNS
All products are 100% quality checked according to our design style. Underwear is not exchangeable or refundable.

PAYMENT
Payment will be processed following confirmation of your order.  If your form of payment is by cheque, please note that your order will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

DESCRIPTIONS
Many items from the Knickers In A Box are handcrafted and therefore, there may be some variations in colour, tone, texture or finish.  These are not considered as flaws.

Knickers In A Box shall not be liable to you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of its obligations in relation to the products, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Whilst we will use our best endeavours to ensure availability of access, we cannot guarantee and do not warrant that you will have continuous access to this site. Neither do we warrant that the site shall be free from viruses or other harmful components.

In the hopefully unlikely event that some aspect of your experience with Knickers In A Box falls below your expectations, please be assured that we aim to settle any complaints in a fair, confidential and effective manner.  Any complaint made to the company by telephone, email or letter will be acknowledged within 5 working dates with either our proposal for resolving the issue or a timescale for issuing such a proposal.  For any issue which cannot be immediately resolved, we will keep you informed of any progress in resolution in a timely manner and, if appropriate, implement revised procedures accordingly.
